Loves Park, Illinois. During a town hall meeting about Illinois' pending concealed carry law Rockford Mayor Larry Morrissey announced that he is leaving NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg's Mayors Against Illegal Guns group and will be getting an Illinois concealed carry permit once they are available.
