Ethiopian Private Abebaw Damte fires a Romanian PSL rifle at a shooting range outside Camp Ramrod, Ethiopia, September 1, 2003, while Army Privite First Class Justin Kelley, a scout sniper with the 10th Mountain Division, looks downrange at the target. Soldiers from the Combined Joint Task Force are currently training with the 13th Div. Reconnaissance Company from Dire Dawa, Ethiopia in antiterrorist operations supporting CJTF-HOA's mission of detecting, disrupting and defeating transnational terrorism in the East African region.
