What else happened today
  • 1881 — In Dodge City, Kansas, Bat Masterson fights his last gun battle.
  • 2007 — Virginia Tech: the deadliest spree killing in modern American history. Seung-Hui Cho, kills 32 and injures 23 before committing suicide; all in a "gun free zone."
  • 2009 — US President Barack Obama flipped and said will not push for the reinstatement of the Federal Assault Weapons Ban, opting instead for the just-as-bad CIFTA. Americans are not fooled and keep buying up every gun and round of ammo they can lay their hands on.
