(While investigations are ongoing, there is event currently has no known direct connection with the Noodle Incident -Ed.)

In the days leading up to the US Supreme Court's historic Heller decision, gun grabbers everywhere hooted all their favorite prophecies of doom, including the ever-popular "fender bender shootouts" prognostication, into every microphone and TV camera they could find. Yes indeed, if the Supreme Court got rid of DC's big, shiny gun ban, there would be blood in the streets.

Sure enough, on December 19, 2009, (as the District of Columbia got dumped on by more snow then they'd seen in years) a bunch of kids were having a snowball fight in DC when a snowball hit some guy's Hummer and the driver hopped out and pulled a gun.

So there you have it, the gun grabbers were finally right about something. Sort of. The only problem with that is that Michael Baylor (NOT Elmer Baylor, as was initially reported by many), the clown that took a gun to a snowball fight, was an off-duty DC cop![1]

[edit] Timeline

  • 16 October, 1970Canada: the Trudeau government invoked the War Measures Act and suspended civil liberties. Security forces arrested 465 persons, mainly in Quebec, who were held without trial.
  • June 23, 2001 — RCMP officer Jocelyn Hotte murdered his former girlfriend Lucie Gélinas and tried to murder three of her friends: RCMP officer sentenced to life in prison (CBC).
  • June 7 2007 — London, Ontario, Canada: Acting Insp. Kelly Johnson murders former police Supt. David Lucio with her duty weapon before turning it on herself, after being told the previous day that Lucio was leaving her to reconcile to his wife.[2]
  • August 14 2007 — Mentally ill animator Paul Boyd was executed in the middle of a busy street by Vancouver police officer Lee Chipperfield, who shot Boyd in the head as he crawled on his hands and knees after having already suffered multiple gunshot wounds from Chipperfield. In spite of existing video of the actual event, Chipperfield got off scott free after B.C.'s Office of the Police Complaint Commissioner called in "police psychologist" and professional testifier Bill Lewinski to assist in the whitewashing of the incident.[3]
  • December 19, 2009 — Off-duty DC police detective Michael Baylor (earlier misidentified as Elmer Baylor) takes a gun to a snowball fight.
  • May 4, 2011 — Kelowna BC RCMP Staff Sergeant Owen Wlodarczak, 41, is charged with assault, careless use of a firearm and possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose following a domestic assault on his estranged wife in front of their children, aged 8 and 14.[4] The firearm used was his own RCMP-issued duty sidearm. He pleaded guilty to the charges levied against him on August 8 and sent to his room for three years.[5]

Note: The first video, "Arizona Police Officer Executes Man For Telling Them They Needed A Warrant," may not display as it has a tendency to disappear on a regular basis. Nothing suspicious about that.

"Options for Consideration Active Shooter Training Video" from the US Dept of Homeland Security. Really, no shit. One of the most vile pieces of statist crap you're ever likely to see.
