Colt Canada is a firearms manufacturer located in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.
Colt Canada is a subsidiary of Colt's Manufacturing Company. The company was formerly called Diemaco[1] before being acquired by Colt on May 20, 2005. The company is a defence contractor that manufactures and supplies small arms to the Canadian Canadian law enforcement agencies. In addition, the company exports firearms internationally[2]
Its main products are the C7 rifle and C8 carbine. In addition to Canada, the company has also supplied the Netherlands, Norway, United Kingdom, and Denmark.
